5k Run/Walk
5k Details:
- 4-hour finish line: plenty of time for walkers
- All finishers receive a technical t-shirt and medal
- Chip timed
- Bag check
- 2 Water and Gatorade stations
- Snacks and music at the finish line
5k Course:
Every year since we started in 2019 we have listed to runner feedback and modified the course. This year we think we’ve nailed it! For our 5k runners and walkers, the course will be much flatter without an uphill finish.
And best of all… this year Kensington Metropark is letting us set up our start and finish line right next to parking lot ON THE BEACH !
